The CLDC is a data centre that includes 25,000 square feet of white space with 15,000 square feet enabled at 100W/sf. The building also contains areas for administration, shipping/receiving, facilities management, and security functions.

Mechanical Systems

Kelson’s scope of work included the following:

  • Provide full Building Information Modelling (BIM)
  • Install chiller plant, including three 560-ton chillers complete with associated cooling towers and pumps
  • Install large-bore chilled water piping below raised flooring throughout data centre
